Interlake 933 has been stored in a barn for the past 10 years. It is a fine boat, very solid, race rigged, and features the seat design. The rigging is able to accommodate any of the current sail manufacturers, and modification of the controls to suit the new owner can be easily accomplished. The centerboard trunk has been cut down, the centerboard sanded and painted, bailers installed, and a new lifting bridle assembled. It has a pop-up rudder and 3 suits of sails. The sails are in good shape, although they are old. Newer sails could be negotiated. The trailer is galvanized, in excellent shape with a new spare tire. The boat can be seen in Akron or Mohican Sailing Club.. Asking $2900. Call Bill Sanderson 330 388 9894.

This boat has had only three owners. The original owner purchased the boat new in 1974 and then left it to his son. They sailed it about one week a year in northern Michigan and stored it indoors for the remainder of the time. I purchased the boat in 2021 and have sailed it 4 times.
The boat, trailer and sails (jib and main) are original and in very good condition. There are a few minor scratches on the hull at the center of the boat and the trailer needs to be painted but is in perfectly serviceable condition.
Please call me at 419-654-0142 or email me at ebeale@duketarchitects.com with any offers or questions. I am asking $3500.00.
The boat and I are in Maumee, Ohio, neighboring Toledo.

I have a 1961 Interlake that is in need of a restore. It has original wooden mast and boom. I believe the original sails. The rudder looks newer than 61 to me but could be original. It was last sailed in 2010. I picked up as a project last year but I have 2 other sailboats, 1 being a project so I decided to get rid of this. I thought maybe someone in the interlake association might be interested in it. I really don’t want much if anything for the boat. I do have it on a Dilly trailer that I would like $300 for. I have a title for both but the boat title is signed by several owners prior to me. I live near Philadelphia, Pa just so you know the distance. I’m just afraid if I put it up for sale here someone will buy the trailer and just scrap the boat and I really don’t want that to happen. If someone wants the boat and not the trailer that is fine with me because I will have no problem selling just the trailer.
I can send a bunch of pictures if you think there is any interest.
Maybe you can ask on your association web site, I don’t think I can do that.
Thanks,
John Heidler

We are moving where sailing is less practical and unfortunately need to sell our Interlake (888). It’s in very good condition although the main is original and the spinnaker is old. The jib is relatively new. It does not have a cut down center board trunk and it has bench seats. The fiberglass is solid as new and it’s very clean. It’s a great boat for cruising around. It’s on a Texas Royal folding/launch trailer. If anyone is looking or knows of anyone please contact me for more information. Larry Lowry, Wauseon, OH 419-335-1184
Interlake #147 was built in the early 1940’s in Ashtabula, Ohio by Merle Eddy, father of the current owner Jean “Liz” Eddy Fuller. Merle was an architect and master woodworker. This is one of the few wood Interlakes known to exist. She needs extensive restoration but has good “bones”, and when restored would be stunning. Restoration was started by Liz’ late husband. The hull is oak, the deck is curly maple and cherry herringbone. The centerboard and stern are black walnut. Nylon sails are included. She can be seen at Liz Fuller’s home in Granger, IN. She can be reached at 574-309-3424.
Interlake 1356 has a white hull, a white deck, and factory flotation. It was built by Customflex in 1999 and has been predominantly used for day sailing, although it is rigged for racing. The boat is in very good condition and comes with a Sunburst trailer. It is rigged with: jib furler, jib halyard tensioner, spinnaker pole, topping lift, boomvang, Cunningham, out haul, traveler, auto bailers, hiking straps, a cut-down centerboard trunk with a stainless steel centerboard, a custom tiller and a factory kick-out tiller. The running rigging has been replaced for sale. It comes with two mains (one reefed), two jibs, a spinnaker, a mooring cover, and a trailer cover. Asking $8,000. For details call Karen Freed: phone or text at 330-962-9591 or email at alan.d.freed@gmail.com. Selling because of health reasons and a recent move to Texas. Located in Port Clinton at the Weatherly Boat Works 386-416-9034.
